p.m. at Sothebys on New Bond Street and concludes with a Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, April 4th from 1:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please plan on arriving by 4:00 p.m. on April
2nd and departing at any time after 3:00 p.m. on April 4th.
Once you have confirmed your airline reservation, please fax or e-mail your airline itinerary to One World Incentives, Sotheby's International
Realty's meeting planner, so we can arrange to have your hotel room ready when you arrive.

Special Meal Requests
Please let us know if you require any special meals during your stay in London (vegetarian, kosher, low-sodium).
Transportation to and from the airport will be your own responsibility. When you arrive at the
airport, you may take a taxi or bus to the hotel. The Savoy and Claridge's are approximately
50 minutes from London Heathrow and an hour and a half from Gatwick. Express trains are also available from the airports to
central London.
THE HEATHROW EXPRESS
The Heathrow Express is an efficient new service that has been operating for less than a
year and has proven to be very popular.
The train departs Heathrow station every 15 minutes throughout the day. The transfer time from
Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station is approximately 15 minutes. It is worth noting that there is a
short walk from the terminal to the train station.
The current one-way fare on the Heathrow Express is £11.50 (approximately $18.40) and advance reservations are not possible.
For departing guests, 26 airlines operate desks at Paddington Station
where you may
check-in for your flight prior to boarding the train. Once you arrive at the station, you may check your luggage, collect a boarding pass and then board the next available train. The trains take you directly to the airport, where you
then proceed to passport control.
Please be aware that the airlines have stringent minimum check-in times. You
must arrive at the train station two hours prior to your flight's departure to use this service.
THE GATWICK EXPRESS
The Gatwick Express is an established train service that operates between London Victoria Station and the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport. The Gatwick Express takes approximately
40 minutes and trains run every 15 minutes throughout the day. Advance reservations are not possible.
Please note that British Airways and Delta Airlines arrive into the North Terminal at Gatwick, so it is necessary to take the monorail to the South Terminal Station
when using the train service.
The current one-way fare on the Gatwick Express is £10.00 (approximately $16.00).

Sotheby's is the oldest and largest art auction house in the world. Attendees and guests/spouses have the opportunity for a special guided
"Behind-the-Scenes" tour of Sotheby's Auction House. The tour will begin at 10:30 a.m. and lasts approximately two hours. Charles
Walford, Director of Auction Room Services at Sotheby's, will conduct the tour.
The specially guided tour gives participants the rare opportunity to see one of the most famous art auction houses in the world. The tour begins with
a talk about Sotheby's history and how the auction process works. After a short
video, participants will have the opportunity to visit some of Sotheby's treasures in the Viewing Galleries. Charles Walford will explain the
significance of the items. At the end of the tour, participants are taken back to the Sale Galleries where they can attend a sale or
view the items at leisure.
The tour is available for
spouses/guests on Tuesday, April 4th. Attendees
may participate in
the April 5th tour. Please note that there are a limited number of spaces available for the tour, and the tour will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The tour price is included in the conference attendee Package and the
Spouse/Guest meeting Package.
Please note: At this time, there are no spots remaining for the "Behind-the-Scenes" tour of Sotheby's Auction House on April 5. If you are still interested in the Wednesday tour, please advise the Sotheby's Hospitality Desk staff when you check-in and they will add you to the waitlist. Many places are still available on the April 4 tour for your guest.

Since SIR has made deposit commitments to guarantee these accommodations, the following cancellation and refund policy will be in effect:
Those who cancel on or before March 8, 2000 will be guaranteed a full refund of the Conference Hotel Package, Conference Attendee Package and, if applicable, Conference Spouse/Guest Package. Those who cancel after March 8, 2000 will be charged in full for the Conference Hotel Package, but will receive full refunds for the Conference Attendee Package and, if applicable, the Conference Spouse/Guest Package.
